You have to make a reservation at least 48 hours before the time you need our service. However, if you need a cleaner right away, you can fill out the "contact us form" and get in touch with us. We are ready to assist you.
 

As long as you haven't paid for the booking, if you want to cancel the reservation, you can do from your panel. 

You have to email the office at info@blissfulplace.com.au or contact us via Contact Us form. If you cancel at the last minute, you might have to pay a fee.

 

People who want to book our cleaners regularly should use this button. Cleaning services for homes and businesses are the only ones this refers to. Our system won't send this job to the pool of cleaners; instead, the manager will find a cleaner who can do the work. A customer has to book for at least three months.

 

Yes, if you want to book for the seperate dates you can by making a separate reservation for each day.
 

We provide the same cleaner only for the regular bookings. For once-off services all the bookings released by the cusotmers will go to the cleaners pool. In 48 hours time, if no cleaner has accepted your booking, we will let you know via email. 

You have to confirm both your email address and cellphone number so that you don't give the wrong information.

The system will cancel the booking automatically and send you a notification via email.

After a cleaner accepts your booking, you'll get an email. After logging in, go to your profile and click the "Pay Now" button, which is at the extreme right of your order. Any payment not made in time will result in the reservation being considered unfinished.

The billing address is your home address, and the service address is the address of the property that needs to be cleaned. If you book our service to clean your home, the payment address and service address will stay the same. 

For the first time, the system might send the OTP into your spam. Accept is as not spam so that the system will send to your inbox from next time onwards.
