We're glad you found Blissful Place. The "employees and subcontractors" are known as "cleaners." Customers are referred to as "clients." Customers and cleaners are governed by these terms and conditions. These terms and conditions explain how Blissful Place will serve the customers and cleaners. You (customers and cleaners) agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions when you use Blissful Place's platform and services. Please take your time to read them. 

1. Booking and Payment

1.1 Customers can book once-off services only through Blissful Place's official website.
1.2 Customers must pay for the services in advance after their booking is accepted by a cleaner(s). Our online payment system is a safe way to make payments.
1.3 If you (customers)  cancel your booking more than 2 hours before it's due, you will be fully refunded. If you cancel your booking less than 2 hours before it starts, you must pay a fee equal to the full cost of the service.
1.4 Any reservations made by clients within the previous forty-eight hours that have not been accepted by a cleaner will be automatically cancelled by the system. Customers will receive an email from the system.
1.5 The 48-hour count begins not at the moment of booking, but rather 48 hours prior to the service-required date and time.

2. Access to the Property

2.1 Customers must let the service providers (cleaners) into the property at the time they say they will. The Client must let Blissful Place know at least 24 hours in advance if access can't be granted. Customers can contact the office via the Contact Us form on the website – please mention your order number.
2.2 Blissful Place will charge a fee equal to the full cost of the service if the Client doesn't give entry without giving prior notice.

3. Cleaning Tools/equipment

3.1 Blissful Place's cleaners will bring their cleaning tools and supplies.
3.2 If the customers need certain cleaning supplies or tools, they must plan and arrange them by themselves.
3.3 Cleaners are not allowed to use customers' equipment unless otherwise directed and supplied by the clients.   

4.  Item Damage

4.1 Blissful Place does everything possible to keep the client's things safe while they are being cleaned. But mistakes can happen.
4.2 Following the contract agreement, with the cleaners involved, Blissful Place will do what it can to fix any problems. This could mean fixing the item or giving you money up to the value of the broken item.
4.3 To avoid such incidences, Blissful Place strongly discourage the use of strong chemicals without the customers' permission; and, the cleaners must always be vigilant while moving around the property with the cleaning equipment and tools.  

5. How to Use the Website

5.1 Clients and cleaners agree that they will only use the Blissful Place website for legal reasons.
5.2 Clients and cleaners must not do anything that could stop or slow down the website.
5.3 Clients and cleaners are in charge of keeping their online profiles up to date. If you forget to update your contact information, such as your address, phone number, email, address, etc, it could lead to a misunderstanding, and Blissful Place will not be responsible.

6 Racism and Discrimination

6.1 Blissful Place does not allow any kind of racism, discrimination, or abuse.
6.2 At all times, clients and cleaners must be polite and professional to each other.

7. Being professional

7.1 Blissful Place's cleaners must always act professionally.
7.2 Customers are asked to rate the professionalism of the subcontractors so that the quality of the service stays good.

8. Providing a Parking Lot

8.1 If parking is needed for cleaning services, the customer must give Blissful Place's cleaners a specific parking spot.
8.2 The cleaners come with equipment and products. Therefore, the customers should arrange or give clear instructions on where to park to make easy transportation of cleaning equipment.

9. Communication

9.1 Blissful Place will mostly use email to confirm reservations, give details, and answer any questions.
9.2 To make sure services are delivered quickly and correctly, clients and cleaners must give correct contact information and answer messages from Blissful Place right away.
9.3 If the job can't be finished in the agreed-upon amount of time, Blissful Place can make the working hours longer without contacting the customer if that's what it takes to get the job done.
9.4 Customers and cleaners are aware of the fact that Blissful Place's one-time booking operations are carried out remotely through the Internet and its web-based platform. Any contacts in the booking process are system-generated. 

10. Changes and updates

10.1 These Terms and Conditions can be changed or updated at any time by Blissful Place without warning. Any changes to these Terms and Conditions will be updated on the Blissful Place website.
10.2 If you (cleaners and customers) keep using Blissful Place's services after the Terms have been changed, you agree to the new Terms.

11. Restricting Access

11.1  We retain the authority to refuse and prohibit any individual from accessing our Website and our Services, at any given moment, based solely on the company's judgement.

12. Subcontractors Failure To Attend The Job

12.1. It is unforeseeable what will occur in the immediate future. If the cleaners are unable to perform the assigned task, the company will provide a complete refund. Should the client prefer, we can reschedule the service for the closest available date with the same or a different cleaner.
12.2 In such situations, cleaners are required to notify the client and the office immediately without failure. 

13. Hazardous Object In the House

13.1 It is critical that customers notify the cleaners in advance of any potentially hazardous items that could result in catastrophic accidents during the execution of their (cleaners) duties. Hazardous items in any property, according to Blissful Place, include exposed live wiring and chemicals, cracked glasses, rusted tapes, a broken oven/fridge/microwave, etc. 

14 Door Key

14.1 In the event that the client is not present at home, it becomes the client's exclusive responsibility to coordinate the safe delivery of the key. Although Blissful Place discourages clients from leaving the key with the cleaners, if no resolution can be reached, the parties involved are responsible for finding their solution; however, Blissful Place accepts no liability. Blissful Place advises placing the key in the pin-protected safe box located outside the residence.

15 How the System Works

15.1 Our platform is operated in part automatically. Outside of the business, clients can book a cleaner. Customers and cleaners alike are required to establish an account to utilise the platform. Therefore, it is highly discouraged that you grant a third party access to the platform using your Blissful Place account.
15.2 If the system gets hacked and damaged, Blissful Place will reimburse all customers in full.
15.3 Customers are obligated to possess knowledge of the functioning of the reserving system prior to making a reservation. If a customer commits an error as a result of their own negligence, Blissful Place will make every effort to rectify the situation; nevertheless, it shall not bear responsibility for the error.

16. Assigning of Cleaners 

16.1 Blissful Place will make every effort to provide the same or a preferred cleaner, but this cannot be guaranteed; the final decision will be based on availability and acceptance.

17. Prior Arrangement

17.1 Before starting regular business cleaning services, both the parties (cleaner and customer) must agree to set up an appointment to meet and introduce, as well as finalise any access arrangements needed. Blissful Place will arrange the day and time for the parties.
